By accessing and using "Gut Feeling" (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Nature of Service

Gut Feeling is a tool for self-reflection, journaling, and intuition tracking.

Important Disclaimer: The App does not provide professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any "guidance" or "insights" generated by AI features should be treated as creative inspiration and personal reflection tools only.

Always consult qualified professionals for serious life decisions, health concerns, or legal matters.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App with respect for the community. You will not:

• Post content that is hateful, violent, harassing, or discriminatory
• Share illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Use the App for spam, advertising, or commercial purposes without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, and media you create.

License: By posting content to "Community Resonance" (public feed), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users of the App.

Deletion: You can delete your content at any time through the App.

7. AI Features

The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze text and audio.

• AI can make mistakes or produce unexpected results ("hallucinations")
• AI insights are not factual advice and should not be relied upon for important decisions
• Your content is processed to provide features but is not used to train public AI models

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / payment method
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Gut Feeling and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Community Safety

Your safety matters to us.

• Users can report inappropriate content or block other users at any time
• Blocked users are immediately removed from your experience
• All reports are reviewed by our team
• We take action against users who violate our community guidelines

To report content or block a user, use the menu (⋯) on any note or user profile.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
