• Text notes created by you
• Voice recordings created by you
• AI-generated insights related to your notes

This data is collected only when you choose to create content inside the app.

b) Audio Data

• Voice recordings are collected only when you explicitly start a voice note.
• Audio data is used solely for note creation and optional AI processing.

c) Location Data (Optional)

• Location data is collected only if you grant permission.
• Location is used to attach optional geographic context to your notes.
• Location access is not required to use the core features of the app.

d) Account & Technical Data

• Basic technical information required for app functionality
• Authentication identifiers (if applicable)

We do not collect advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to:

• Provide core app functionality
• Store and retrieve your notes
• Enable AI-powered insights if you choose to use them
• Improve app reliability and performance

Your data shows your content back to you. We do not sell your data.

3. AI Processing

If you choose to use AI features:

• Your content may be processed by trusted AI service providers
• Processing is limited to generating insights for your personal use
• AI providers do not receive permission to use your data for training or marketing

• Data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure
• Encryption is used where applicable
• Access to data is restricted and protected

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared only with:

• Infrastructure providers (for storage and processing)
• AI service providers (only when you request AI features)

All partners are required to comply with applicable privacy standards.

Service providers we may use include:

• Google Firebase (authentication and data storage)
• Google Cloud Run (hosting and backend proxy)
• Google Gemini (AI processing when you request AI features)
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and map tile providers (location search and reverse geocoding when you use map features)

6. Data Retention

• Your data is stored as long as your account remains active
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

You can also delete your account in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account (where available).

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw permissions (microphone, location) at any time via device settings
